Are your products exactly as displayed?
All our hairs are properly groomed and sent off exactly as displayed. However, packages could get rumpled in transit and cause the wig style to be altered. Not to worry, it can be fixed by re-styling.
Do you accept payment in installments?
No, we don’t. If that changes in the future,it will be uploaded on our platforms.
How long does this hair last?
A minimum of 2 years with proper maintenance. Please note that the longevity of your hair is solely dependent on how well it is maintained.
Does this hair shed?
No hair is 100% perfect(Natural hair inclusive) Shedding is almost nonexistent and nothing excessive when detangled.
How do I maintain my hair?
Every unit is unique and requires it’s own routine. To make it easier,we have prepared videos, recommending products to use. Please view our Instagram page @hairbymodupe to check pinned reels on what we suggest.
Can I request for a larger or smaller wig cap size?
Generally,we use standard sized caps(Average) for head circumference 21.25–22.8 inches. If you need to request for a different size,please use the Order notes option while filling out your billing details.
