At Hairbymodupe, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the hygienic and customized nature of our products, we kindly ask that customers carefully review all order details before making payment.

Please note the following:

* Refunds are not issued for change of mind, personal preference, or failure to properly review product descriptions before purchase.

Exchanges may only be considered if:

* The wrong item was sent by our team
* The item arrives severely damaged or defective
* The issue is reported within 24–72 hours of delivery

To qualify for an exchange review, the item must:

* Remain unused and unaltered
* Be returned in its original condition and packaging
* Show no signs of wear, installation, cutting, coloring, or customization

Customers are advised to contact us immediately with clear photos/videos if there is any issue with their order.

Approved exchange requests may be resolved through:

* Product replacement
* Store credit
* Partial or full refund where applicable and deemed appropriate by management

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was from our end.

To process an exchange, we recommend using a shipping carrier that provides tracking information and delivery confirmation, as Hairbymodupe will not be responsible for lost return packages.

ADDITIONAL TERMS

* Wig Sizes:
We use standard-sized wig caps, which typically fit head circumferences between 21.25–22.9 inches. If you require a different cap size, kindly specify this in the order notes at checkout.

* Wig Length:
Please note that wigs displayed on mannequins may appear slightly longer compared to how they appear when worn on a human head.

* Lace Alteration:
Requesting for excess lace to be cut off automatically voids eligibility for exchanges.

* Hair Texture & Styling:
For wavy or bouncy textures, please note that styling is temporary. Curls and bounce may reduce over time due to wear, weather conditions, or maintenance routines. We do not guarantee permanent curl or bounce retention.

* International Orders:
For international deliveries, customers may be required to pay customs duties or import charges upon arrival. These charges are determined by customs authorities, are beyond our control, and remain the responsibility of the customer.

Please note that sales of all units purchased at a discounted rate or on sale are final. They cannot be returned for an exchange or a refund.
