Occasionally, Hairbymodupe,at its sole discretion, may exchange products or portions of a product under the following conditions:
Applications must be made within 72 hours of receiving the product (s).

Any exchange request after 72 hours will not be accepted.

We will not accept any merchandise that has been used or altered (brushed, combed, picked, cut, or washed) in any way. According to the Health and Safety Regulations, you cannot exchange human hair products that have been used. This includes removing the hair from the cable ties. We adhere to strict policies regarding the exchange of hair, hygiene concerns, and the law. Please return the item in its original and resalable condition.

To process an exchange, the desired product would be sent back at your expense. We suggest you send through a carrier that provides tracking information and delivery confirmation since we will not be responsible for lost packages. Once your product has been received, it will be examined thoroughly. If the product has been returned unused, in its original condition we will exchange the product for something of equal value.

Please note, customers will be required to cover the difference if exchanged for a greater value and also the shipping costs.

Please be advised, exchanged items are usually shipped within 1-3 working days upon receipt of shipping payment.

Wig sizes — We use standard sized caps for wigs (usually fits head circumference 21.25-22.9 inches). If you need to request for a different size, kindly specify under order notes at checkout.

Wig length — Kindly note that wigs displayed on mannequins might appear slightly longer when compared to a human head.

Requesting for excess lace to be cut off nullifies our exchange option.

If you feel you have received a defective, we want to hear from you!
We take all feedback seriously and for us to fully investigate your complaint we will need to see the product in its entirety to establish the cause of your concerns as they could be down to various reasons.

You must contact us within 72 hours after receipt of the merchandise. Please note that images are not enough for us to conduct an investigation so we will need the product back in its entirety.

Customers will be responsible for paying the costs associated with returning the item to the address provided by Hairbymodupe.If we verify that the product is defective in some way, we will then refund or replace the item.

We may offer an exchange but we don’t do refunds.

Please note that sales of all units purchased at a discounted rate or on sale are final. They cannot be returned for an exchange or a refund.
